We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@crystallakecrafts.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
Additionally, sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, the quickest option is to:
- Initiate a return for the original item.
- Once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

- It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, without justification. Items must meet the same return conditions outlined above, including being unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
