Order Processing

Orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days, with additional time possibly needed during holidays or major sales events. For changes post-order, email us at support@crystallakecrafts.com.

Domestic Shipping

Enjoy complimentary shipping for orders over $149 within the contiguous U.S. Shipping confirmation and tracking details are provided once orders are dispatched. Note, tracking updates may take 48-72 hours post-dispatch. We are not responsible for missing or stolen packages post-shipment.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping options are available, with rates based on destination and package weight. Note that orders placed late in the week may not ship until the following Monday or Tuesday. For expedited shipping inquiries, contact support@crystallakecrafts.com.

International Orders

Currently, we ship to the U.S. and Canada, with plans to expand. Shipping costs, including duties and taxes, are calculated at checkout. International shipping times vary by destination.

Exchanges and Returns

Unsatisfied with your purchase? We offer a 14-day return policy. Contact us at support@crystallakecrafts.com to initiate a return or exchange. Returns are processed and refunds issued within 10 business days post-inspection. For damaged items, report within 48 hours of delivery with photos and details for prompt assistance.

Note: Sale items, gift cards, and products damaged due to heat exposure are not eligible for return. To prevent heat damage, consider shipping to an air-conditioned location. We cannot cover return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Inspect your order upon arrival. For defective or incorrect items, email us within 48 hours with photos and a damage description at support@crystallakecrafts.com. We aim to resolve issues promptly.

Special Notes

Returns are not accepted for sale items, gift cards, or items damaged due to heat. We recommend delivering to an air-conditioned location to prevent melting. We do not cover shipping fees for returns, and final sale items cannot be returned.
